Running injuries are frustrating because it’s hard to ‘modify’ running in a way that makes the pain go away. Usually the injuries are strains (tears) in the muscles of the thighs or calves. But sometimes pain that feels like a hamstring strain is really coming from the lower back.
First we’ll figure out the origin of your pain. Then we’ll use a combination of gentle hands-on therapeutic techniques as well as improvements in exercise, movement and posture to help resolve your pain and get you back to running as quickly as possible.
Yes. If we are under contract with your insurance company, we will collect the co-payment at the time of your visit and submit the claim for you.
If we do not currently participate in your health insurance plan and you have out of network benefits we will file a claim directly with your insurance company. You can expect your out of pocket expense to be $65.for regular office visits.
